Mr. Borton has founded several companies, with some of his product lines being acquired by Intel and Avaya. He has been an advisor to six startup companies in the contact center, CRM, and analytics markets, including Witness, Blue Pumpkin, Utopy, Beyond Access, Contactual, and ISense.
He launched his career at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he and several others invented and shipped the first CTI products in the world, now available as CT Connect. He founded and served as CEO of Nabnasset Corporation, a CTI middleware software products company, which is now Avaya’s Interaction Server product set. He is the Chairman of Primary Matters, an analytics company providing activity-based costing, budgeting, resource requirement and scenario management tools, and served as the Vice President of Customer Solutions for Utopy, a speech analytics startup, implementing solutions at over 15 companies, including eLoan, HSBC, Northern Trust, Dell, and Fidelity.
Mr. Borton is a graduate of Harvard University, cum laude, in the sciences.
Mr. Clifford is a highly successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building world-class sales teams, driving profitable growth, and increasing market share in early stage companies. Prior to joining Listening Methods, he served as Vice President of Sales for Nextance, a leading contract performance management solutions provider. While at Nextance, he grew revenue 100% in his first 2 years, enabling the company to achieve a top-quartile ranking in Inc. 500's fastest growing privately held companies. Prior to Nextance, he was Vice President of Strategic Sales and Services for Blue Pumpkin Software where he achieved an industry leading 20% year over year growth. Prior to Blue Pumpkin, he worked in sales and sales management roles at Quintus, Accenture, and Motorola.
Mr. Clifford is a graduate of DeVry University in Electronic Engineering.
Mr. Nash-Walker is a seasoned technology manager with 20 years of experience guiding development teams in engineering, research & development, and quality management. He has spent his career developing leading-edge technologies for top tier software and hardware companies. Prior to joining Listening Methods, he spent several years focused on the development of applications that provide industry leading value and functionality. His contributions include the development of solutions for computer telephony integration, operating systems, artificial language applications, and voice-over IP.
He has been an innovator with several leading firms, including Sector 7 and Aspect Communications, where he was instrumental in the development of the Uniphi Connect VoIP application.
Mr. Nash-Walker is a graduate of London Guildhall University, India House, and hold a BS in Computer Science & Mathematics (Honors).
